- The pupil’s Provisional Driving Licence and national insurance number must be produced prior to the 1st lesson and when requested by the Instructor.

- An eyesight test will be conducted prior to first lesson. Anyone who wears glasses or contact lenses must wear them for each lesson.
- The Instructor must be notified prior to any lessons of any special needs/requirements the pupil may have, in order that any necessary provision can be made in advance.
- Gunner Pass reserves the right not to proceed with any lesson if it is suspected that the pupil is not in a fit state to drive, through alcohol or drugs (prescribed or otherwise). The lesson fee must still be paid.
- Punctuality is important, if the pupil is late for a lesson the lesson is deemed to have started at the agreed time and will still end at the originally agreed time.
- At least 48 hours notice must be given for cancellation of a lesson, any notice less than this will incur a cancellation fee, usually the cost of a lesson(s), except in certain circumstances at the discretion of the instructor. A positive Covid test no longer requires a lesson to be cancelled, so unless a student is unfit to drive lesson can go ahead..
- Gunner Pass reserves the right to withdraw its car for tests without notice should the pupil prove not to be up to test standard.
